Subscription tokens are valid for the current month and the next. Pack tokens are valid for 12 months. The 10 tokens you get when you sign up never expire. Tokens that expire first are used first.
Yes, from the Tokens screen. A higher plan takes effect immediately: the difference is charged pro rata and the extra tokens arrive straight away. A lower plan takes effect at the next renewal. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period, and your tokens stay valid until their date.
Yes, an invoice for every payment, sent by e-mail and always available on the Tokens screen, with your address and your VAT number if you enter it at checkout.
Your images and exported files are kept for 7 days, then deleted automatically. Your customers, proof designs and proofs stay in your account until you delete them. Nobody else can access them.
The token is refunded automatically. Downloading a file you have already exported again is free for 7 days.
Tokens are available as soon as you pay: by paying, you ask for this immediate access and waive the withdrawal period. The 10 free tokens and the free previews let you try before you buy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
